Job Description

Join a talented team delivering immersive virtual environments and industry leading simulation-based training solutions for the world’s top manufacturers and training organizations.  CM Labs Simulations is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Digital Marketing Specialist.

Working in our offices in Old Montreal you will help strategize and execute marketing programs which underpin the department’s digital presence. You have a passion and curiosity for technology marketing and are willing to go the extra mile to achieve results.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handles existing digital marketing landscape, AdWords campaigns (Search and Video), retargeting campaigns and other paid advertisements;
     
  • Optimize audiences, bid strategies, keywords, and more;
     
  • Execution of all social media activities across owned channels;
  • Assist in developing social media strategy, ensuring consistency of language and tone of voice fit both target segments and banner brand identities for a complete customer experience that drives engagement and ultimately increased traffic to our website;

  • Analyse social media campaign performance and deliver regular reporting with optimization recommendations;

  • Analyse Google analytics data and make necessary changes;

  • Work closely with internal teams;

  • Develop, repurpose and source engaging and innovative social media content to drive engagement.

  • Keep up to date on the latest social media trends

  • Identify opportunities for advertising on different channels and create paid campaigns on Twitter and LinkedIn.
     
  • Reporting and sharing results according to established goals (KPIs).
     
  •  Assists with the execution of day-to-day marketing operations
     
  • Knowledge of HubSpot (nice to have)

Qualifications

 

  • At least three years of experience in digital marketing and strategic marketing campaigns;
  • Experience in Creating and managing Video Ads Campaigns as well as reporting: must to have;
  • Experience in Creating and managing paid social media Campaigns (Twitter and LinkedIn): must to have;
  • Have Google Certification (Search, Video), Google Analytics and HubSpot Inbound Marketing: Big asset;
  • Solid understanding of core principles and application of SEM, PPC, Social Media, Google Analytics, Email marketing and content marketing;
  • Implement changes on websites using CMS (Wordpress);
  • Ability to solve problems and learn independently and to quickly learn new skills and software;
  • Hands-on experience with Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua, SilverPop, or other marketing automation platform an asset;
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tight deadlines;
  • Driven and analytical;
  • Passionate about leading-edge technologies;
  • Positive and professional demeanor;
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce an asset.
