Today, CM Labs is the largest simulator vendor in the market, with over 1,000 simulators in 30 countries deployed with Vortex software. CM Labs’ feature-rich Vortex Studio Simulation  Platform for vehicles, cables, and earth moving equipment, powering our Vortex Simulators, provide immersive, ultra-realistic virtual environments for real time simulation.

CM Labs is looking for an experienced IT recruiter for a permanent position. 

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Sourcing
• Head hunting
• Interviewing
• Salary negotiations
• Working closely with your hiring managers

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience and/or 5+ years of overall recruiting experience
• Results oriented
• Great attitude and a team player
• Ability to quickly create relationships with hard to find candidates
• Detail-oriented 
• Innovative ideas and approaches for Talent Acquisition
• Confidence in their abilities to recruit and negotiate
