Job Description

Join a fast growing and talented team delivering immersive virtual environments and industry leading simulation-based training solutions for the world’s top manufacturers and training organizations. CMLabs is currently seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals to fill the positions of Account Manager, North American Construction Training Solution Sales and Account Manager, European Construction Training Solution Sales. The positions call for an entrepreneurial self-starter with the energy and ambition to build a strong direct and channel partner sales pipeline. A background that includes a sound understanding of and an interest in training, visualization and simulation is an asset. Experience in selling to Departments of Education, Vocational Schools, Construction Trade and related industries also an asset. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acting as an advisor and consultant to our clients

  • Ability to communicate our solutions and their benefits from C-level to technical staff.

  • Growing revenues and managing the direct sales pipeline with consistency, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • The drive to hunt for new opportunities and a keen eye to spot and develop business in a global context.

  • Engaging with business leaders in channel partners and for developing a high-level partner engagement based on achieving mutual, long-term, business success.

  • Responding to technical RFPs and client inquiries.

  • Portraying a professional image and exercising strong closing capabilities.

  • Participating in presentations, client visits and industry trade shows.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • At least 5- 10 years of experience selling software solutions, training technology/systems or  professional services.
  • Background that includes a sound understanding of and an interest in training, visualization and simulation is an asset.
  • Experience in selling to the defense, port, energy, or construction industries also an asset.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growth in competitive markets.
  • Must be a high energy individual who responds well under pressure.
  • Extensive international travel with minimal down-time
  • A BCOM/BSC university degree is a requirement; a technical background is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building and networking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Bilingual in addition to fluency in Chinese and or Japanese is preferred.
