Job Description
Mission
Based in our Saguenay office, you will work as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team, supporting project managers responsible for the design of civil engineering structures for projects of various sizes. You will join the Infrastructure team, which is responsible for a large portfolio of urban infrastructure and road engineering projects. Strong growth is expected in this sector over the next few years, and could lead to interesting opportunities for career advancement.

Primary Responsibilities
- Design stormwater management structures, sewer systems, water supply systems and roadways, as well as plan excavation and grading work.
- Coordinate the technical aspects of projects with the other disciplines involved, the customer and other external stakeholders
- Prepare technical specifications, quotation slips and construction cost estimates
- Prepare special technical studies, feasibility studies and preliminary designs
- Establishment of work phasing and completion schedules
- Monitor jobsites from the office, as well as occasional site visits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent,
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
- Experience in urban infrastructure and road engineering
- Demonstrated teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and design quality
