We are looking for talented Head Chefs and Sous Chefs for the group as we expand
Modern Italian/ Mediterranean menu. You will need to be passionate about cooking, seasonality and sourcing as well as being able to drive and inspire a small team
A good understanding of food and labour cost is essential- Fnb experience a bonus but training can be given
