Head Chef required for Modern Mediterranean kitchen
Head chef required to manage a brigade of 6 in this popular restaurant. You will be a great man manage hands on and a good communicator.
You must have a passion for great well sourced ingredients and cooking with the seasons
Attractive working hours, 5 days in 7 and a great opportunity to grow and develop with an expanding group. A competitive salary is available based on experience
Experience managing and motivating a small team are essential and you will be responsible for ordering, rotas, wage cost, GP and health and safety. Experience in FnB manager and Fourth would be good but training can be given.
We are looking for someone with a can do attitude, approachable, hard working and passionate and with a desire to build and lead a great team
