We’re looking for a Events Restaurant Manager to join our team at Chucs Bar & Grill, Serpentine, who's main focus will be the running of all events happening at the Serpentine, being present at all events ensuring the effective running of them.

Chucs is a central London based restaurant group that continues to perform a high level and has a wonderful reputation delivering Italian/Mediterranean cuisine. You will have ability to provide engaging and high end service to our guests and at the same time showing off your personality.

Requirements-

-Previous Restaurant Manager experience

- Previous Events experience

-The ability to manage and lead a team

-Fluent in English Language

-Success in a high volume upscale restaurant

-Enjoy being part of a close team that work hard together to deliver outstanding service

-Experience in fine dining

·Excellent customer service skills 

·Excellent communication skills

·Excellent organisation skills

·Previous London restaurant experience

-Ability to work with urgency under pressure and keeping the pace
