1 Domestic Purchasing
- Receive purchase requests from internal departments.
- Search, evaluate and select domestic suppliers.
- Collect and compare quotations from suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare Purchase Orders and follow up on delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with warehouse and related departments to inspect incoming goods.
- Resolve issues related to delivery delays or product quality.
2 Import Operations
- Source and communicate with overseas suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, Incoterms, and payment terms.
- Execute and monitor international purchase contracts.
- Track supplier production and shipment schedules.
- Monitor shipment status, customs clearance, and delivery to warehouse.
3 Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain purchasing and import documentation records.
- Coordinate with accounting department for supplier payments.
- Update procurement data in the management system.
- Prepare periodic procurement and import reports for management.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

1. Education
Bachelor’s or College degree in Import-Export, Logistics, International Business, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
2. Experience
- At least 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or import operations.
- Experience in manufacturing companies is preferred.
3. Languages
- Good command of English for communication and documentation.
- Chinese language is highly preferred.
4. Skills
- Negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Ability to source and evaluate suppliers.
- Knowledge of purchasing processes and import procedures.
- Proficiency in Excel and office software.
- Strong time management and order tracking skills.
