The Plant Director is responsible for setting up a new state-of-art manufacturing plant in Vietnam that focuses on manufacturing end products for developed markets. This position oversees all aspects related to production, safety, quality, productivity, scheduling, maintenance, inventories, employee well-being, and culture building. The Plant Director also develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business goals.

Experience Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• 10+ years of experience in a supervisory or people management role
• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with plant start-up's and equipment layout

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership, analytical and diplomacy skills
• Knowledge of industrial manufacutirng
• Continuous improvement techniques with manufacturing processes and capabilities
• Knowledge of ERP and MES systems
• Management of inventories
• Excellent verbal, problem-solving, presentation and facilitation skills
