EUC Consultant

Job Description

The candidate will possess the required skills to carry out the following:

  • Designing and delivering suitable solutions in line with customer needs and expectations.
  • Owning the pre-sales and estimations, presentations, workshops and service delivery, ensuring a positive customer relationship is maintained.
  • Producing Proposals, Statements of Works, High-level and Low-Level Designs Documents
Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities are detailed below, although the post holder would also be expected to perform any other duties which might reasonably be required by the business.

  • Demonstrate an ability to be both an expert and thought leader in EUC technology
  • Support sales and marketing in ensuring key messages are heard internally and externally
  • Own the presales process for new business opportunities
  • Able to define and understand business requirements from our customers ensuring any engagement is led by defining these, turning these business requirements into a technical solution
  • Deliver customer focussed presentations and workshops demonstrating our products and services
  • Act as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development
  • Gather customer requirements in order to develop solutions and estimate delivery timescales
  • Take ownership for technical projects and delivery
  • Propose and/or design technical solutions
  • Manage Enterprise Mobility Suite and System Centre migrations and upgrades
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure project and service delivery meet customer expectations
  • Work closely with the Practice Lead to:
  • Provide clear explanations and direction to practice members
  • Develop and motivate the practice to be more engaged, responsive and productive to deliver in line with the practice and company strategy
  • Help achieve relevant vendor competencies, by ensuring skill and certification levels are maintained and identifying training needs
  • Provide direction and guidance on best practices and standards for their area
  • Help to define and evolve the technology strategy and direction in line with customer demand, working closely with practice leads and the CTO

  • Microsoft Intune Integration – MDM & PC Management
  • Operations Manager 2016
  • Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security Suite - EM+S
  • Federated Identity (Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Manager)
  • Microsoft Intune (Cloud & Hybrid Configurations)
  • Rights Management (Azure and On Premise)
  • Azure Multi-Factor Authentication
  • Strong technical background
  • Strong commitment to customer service
