The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Sales & Education Manager to lead our Australian market. This hybrid role combines commercial leadership with a passion for education, ensuring our teams deliver high-quality training and a customer-first experience.  Reporting into the Head of Retail (UK based) and collaborating with our Australian market partner, this role will be a critical part of our awareness & growth journey in Australia. The role will critically ensure that Trinny London consistently delivers a customer-first approach, meets business objectives, and achieves financial targets whilst keeping our people at the heart of everything we do.

Operating across a significant time difference, you will be the vital link between our Australian stores and our UK Head Office. You will oversee six key locations supported by a team member.  Store locations are Melbourne x 2, Sydney x 2, Brisbane x 1 and Perth x 1.

This role is field-based and requires regular travel to ensure brand standards and educational excellence are consistent across all Australian sites.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue: Deliver retail sales revenue in line with forecasted commitments for the Australian region.
  • Performance Coaching: Lead Site Managers through frequent coaching to drive store targets and KPI performance.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver high-quality training programs focused on product knowledge, skincare expertise, and artistry, supported with content from the UK home market.
  • In-Store Coaching: Conduct hands-on shop-floor coaching to empower teams to provide a best-in-class Trinny London experience.
  • Onboarding: Support the seamless delivery of tailored induction training for new starters and new store openings.
  • UK Connection: Act as the primary bridge between Australian stores and the UK Head Office.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as an ambassador for Trinny London, promoting the brand positively.

Qualities & Skills

  • Distance Management: Proven experience in multi-site management with excellent clear communication skills.
  • Educational Expertise: Strong background in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics education with a warm, energetic but knowledgeable delivery style.
  • Commercial Acumen: Experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and driving P&L success.
  • Independence & Resilience: Self-motivated and able to work independently while building strong remote relationships.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and digital communication tools for global collaboration.
  • Adaptability: Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and manage a flexible schedule to accommodate global time zones and business changes.
