Representing our client in the Independent Grocery channel working across Greater Sydney with occasional  travel to Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands & Wollongong. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with stores and multi-site operators (MSO’s) to drive distribution and sales to increase market share and category performance of our client's iconic brands using opportunity-based selling.

Key Responsibilities
•    Growing distribution ranging through sell in of core and NPD products
•    Negotiation of greater shelf space in store to leverage market share
•    Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity
•    Driving sales results
•    Managing a territory and developing strong store relationships
•    Implementation of layouts
•    Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity.

  • Full Time role 5 days per week across Monday - Friday 
  • Relevant experience in sales based role in Retail, FMCG and Merchandising, highly favourable in Independent Grocery
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude 
  • Able to work autonomously 
  • Valid drivers license and reliable car
