About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for smart, curious and ambitious minds to join our team at TCCD, part of the retail marketing division of The Clemenger Group.
We are seeking a Full Time Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team to deliver and maintain robust, best in-class reporting solutions.
As the TCCD Operations Analyst you will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales and operations teams. You will be responsible for providing essential insights, maintaining accurate data sets, ensuring the smooth execution of operational priorities, and administrative support to enhance the sales performance and efficiency of the business.
In this role, you will collaborate with both the account and operations teams to optimise processes, track progress, and contribute to maximizing ROI, sales performance, and cycle deployments.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance Support: Assist in tracking sales metrics and performance to optimize strategies and maximize return on investment (ROI) for various business cycles.
- Data Maintenance: Maintain and update key operational data sets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all relevant systems and platforms.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular reports on sales and operational performance, identifying areas of opportunity and recommending improvements.
- Data Tracking & Analysis: Regularly monitor and analyse operational data, identifying trends and inefficiencies to inform decision-making and improve performance.
- Business Insights: Provide actionable insights to the sales and operations teams to support effective field engagement and achieve strategic objectives
- Operational Support: Ensure the efficient execution of cycle priorities by providing administrative assistance to the sales and operations teams. Provide the field team with key business objectives and performance insights, helping them stay aligned with overarching goals and ensuring they have the necessary support to drive success.
About you:
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data management tools; familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau proficiency highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Prior experience in Field or retail sales support roles will be highly regarded
