Job Description

We are looking for a client focused and confident individual that isn't afraid of jumping straight into the deep end and working in a fast-paced environment. The purpose of this role is to support the National Program Manager and field management team with operating, delivering program data inputs and reporting. Time Management, attention to detail, and juggling conflicting priorities are essential in this role; if you can work under pressure, you will find this role an interesting and challenging opportunity!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective field and client timelines 
  • Ensure timelines agreed between client and field team are adhered to 
  • Work with BI to deliver on outcomes to timelines. 
  • Manage and lead end to end processes for field team recruitment
  • Tactical Project Management
  • Work closely with the National Program Manager to develop and implement minimum reporting standards
  • Understand trends and patterns in data and provide insights to National Program Manager
  • Program OPS reporting – weekly, monthly, quarterly and at other times when required

About You:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in client facing roles focused on sales or account management
  • Previous field or retail experience will be highly regarded
  • Ability to resolve issues, adapt to change and refine processes
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office skills especially Excel)
  • Tableau exposure preferred
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
  • High level of written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
