About the Opportunity

Are you a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment in Retail and Independent Grocery? We are searching for a Part Time Sales Support Executive to become an integral part of our growing team.

As a Sales Support Executive, you will be the backbone of our sales team, ensuring seamless operations and providing exceptional support to drive our business success. You’ll collaborate with sales representatives, Business Development Managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process, maintain client satisfaction, and contribute to achieving our ambitious goals.

Reporting directly to the Client Business Manager, you will provide Commercial/analytical and administrative support in order to optimise sales and revenue opportunities across our Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tracking and analyzing daily sales performance across the business.
  • Manage promotional plans, including the promotional grid, trade spend system, and customer systems; assess promotional ROI.
  • Management of product data (New Line Forms, master data), and ensure price updates and documentation are accurate.
  • Create briefing materials for the field team and manage street funds.
  • Maintain promotional booking forms, ensure accurate paperwork, and provide ad-hoc support as required.

  • 20-24 hours per week role Monday, Wednesday, Thursday ideally, but days are flexible
