About the Role

We are looking for a self-motivated Full Time Client Service Executive working within the Field Marketing team delivering on programs for our major retail clients across Grocery and Pharmacy retailers.

As our Client Service Executive you will be confident working with multiple internal and external stakeholders dealing directly with clients, our internal operations teams and our field team, where you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of strategic program objectives. We’re looking for someone who is passionate and personable in their approach to building strong collaborative relationships and are detail orientated when working to deliver a high standard of service.

You need to have an interest in retail and be passionate about the data. You will be responsible for providing regular reporting and data analysis, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the program, and maintenance of key sales tools, to ensure our field team has the right information to drive performance.

Responsibilities

  •  Lead day-to-day operations and monitor progress of all live programs to support the delivery of strategic program objectives
  •  Produce reports that will identify key opportunities and track team performance in accordance with client requirements and program agreements

  •  Program administrative tasks including data maintenance and program analysis

  • Develop relationships, manage/set expectations of – Field Team, Internal stakeholders and Client

  • As required ad hoc work to support the team 

The Candidate

We are looking for a confident individual that isn't afraid of jumping straight into the deep end and working in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone who is passionate and personable in their approach to building strong collaborative relationships and are detail orientated when working to deliver a high standard of service. You need to have an interest in retail and be passionate about the data.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of experience working in client service / account management

  • Full time Monday - Friday availability 

  • Experience in Retail, FMCG or Merchandising role, highly favourable in Independent Grocery and Pharmaceutical.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • An ability to interpret and analyse data with a strong level of MS Excel & Powerpoint

  • A solution focused mindset

  • Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude
