Job Description

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated HR Project Lead to join our HR Team!

Working as part of the UK HR Team and reporting to the VP HR North EAME Hub, the HR Project Lead will be responsible for managing and coordinating all HR Projects ensuring that work is systematically planned and all actions are tracked and achieved.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Work closely with the VP HR North EAME Hub to lead and facilitate the planning and execution of various projects relating to HR ways of working.
  • Oversees the entire project life cycle of detailed project plans using standard project methodology including information gathering, analysis, and reporting
  • Recognize issues and risks and escalate according 
  • Coordinate, facilitate, lead and document various project workshops, committee and steering group meetings
  • Review and finalise deliverables and monitor quality control
  • Motivate and guide the HR team to achieve the project goals
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all key stakeholders
  • Issue resolution/escalation: gather progress updates, understand and resolve blockers, and manage any escalations
  • Documents management: Administer folders/documents
  • Work with HRIS, IT on technical projects that will enhance the HR Service

Qualifications

Skills and Competencies 

  • Experienced individual who is used to dealing with sensitive information and liaising with senior management.
  • Experience in managing HR projects specifically in the transition to an internal shared service model.
  • Comfortable working within a matrix management structure in a demanding environment with pace to achieve quality outcomes.
  • Planning and controlling project delivery.
  • Ability to build working relationships with sponsors, accountable executives, key stakeholders and SMEs.
  • Strong analytical, trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to provide timely and meaningful communications to update status, share progress and manage expectations of stakeholders.
  • Experience with data manipulation is desirable
