Salary £21,000+

Reporting to the Geoscience Sales Manager, the post holder will be responsible for undertaking administrative duties within the Geoscience Sales department supporting multiple geoscience disciplines. As a Sales Support Administrator you will effectively bridge the sales and administrative roles; and our expectation longer-term is that as you gain experience you will move into a full-time sales role.

What we expect

• General administrative support to sales and business developers across our geoscience business
• To be a client contact for client queries and support
• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
• To be part of a pro-active team of staff responsible for delivering a high-quality customer-focused professional service

• Good passes in Maths/English at GCSE level or equivalent further education course
• Customer service and teamwork experience from part-time or full-time work
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Effective communication skills
• Prior knowledge of the geoscience sector is not required
