Job Description

Working as part of the UK HR Department and reporting to the HR Manager, the Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for leading the operational recruitment activities within the UK, with the support of the HR Business Partners.

The scope of the vacancies will range from graduate recruitment, through to senior level hires, within different business lines across office locations in West Sussex, North Wales, Kent and Scotland.

The recruitment Advisor will use their existing knowledge and expertise to manage operational recruitment activities (generation of new roles, through to advertising campaigns, interviewing and offer management), conduct senior level headhunting, manage the preferred supplier list, update and review recruitment processes, policies and interview documentation and produce MI reporting and analysis.

A large proportion of the recruitment activity will focus on STEM graduate level hires and therefore the Advisor will also be responsible for supporting the existing team with the management of all UK Graduate and Internship programmes.

This activity will involve managing the Video Interviewing and Survey tools, planning the strategy for the UK and European on campus careers events, assisting with the organisation of said events and renewing / reviewing online advertising contracts and sponsorship opportunities.

The Recruitment Advisor will also have responsibility for taking the lead on researching and developing new methods of talent attraction, in alignment with changes in the graduate / STEM market, MI reporting results and feedback from events. This will include working with the corporate communications team to produce print and digital marketing, managing post event communications with students and the management of CGG’s campus ambassador programme.

Qualifications

  • Fantastic Microsoft office experience, including advanced Excel skills

  • A developing knowledge of Employment Law / HR Practices
