Job Description

Working on an international environment, your scope will include:

  • Talent Acquisition: help to create a better candidate experience, improve internal recruitment tools and process, develop content to support recruiters from different countries, propose ideas for talent acquisition campaigns
  • Employee Engagement: help to revamp our employee onboarding process, improve internal communication, support the deployment of employee engagement survey, amongst others
  • Performance Management: look for ways to better support our people to improve their performance, increase awareness about our practices and tools, develop support material to employees, help to deploy trainings
  • Support the implementation of global projects and tools (work to improve the utilization of the following systems and processes: recruitment, performance management, exit interview, etc.)
  • Help to promote a culture of inclusiveness, diverse thinking, and equity within the company

Qualifications

  • You must be eligible for a "Contrat de professionnalisation/apprentissage" with a French school or university
  • Interest in the HR domain
  • Curiosity about HR, about people and about business
  • Autonomy to communicate in English (verbal and written skills)
