Job Description

Reporting to UK Sales Account Manager the The Client Support Coordinator is the primary point of contact in SDS for each client and is responsible for ensuring the projects are delivered within the remit of the client contract. The Client Support Co-ordinator will liaise with all SDS units to provide a complete and comprehensive service to each client, ensuring that each client’s requirements are anticipated, documented and fulfilled. They will also maintain a close, supportive and proactive relationship with the client focal points in order to maximise business potential and ensure client retention.

The role will primarily involve working with designated clients to ensure projects are delivered correctly within the SLA, this will include actively promoting the full range of SDS services where appropriate to each client and assisting with proposals, contracts, renewals and RPI increases based on client requests and requirements.

The Client Support Coordinator will be responsible for the upkeep and ownership of CRM records as well as providing analytics and project reports for senior CGG personnel along with advising on present and future client requirements. Part of the role will involve marketing SDS services by attending events and assisting with set up and promotion throughout, this then leads to technology demonstrations and presenting client training for technology applications.

A key aspect of the role is, with the support of operations, ensuring that all invoices are produced accurately and on time, to maximize revenue and cash flow. Liaising with other departments (eg. Tech Support, Stores) on project related work is also needed.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be educated to degree/graduate level; within a geoscience discipline would be beneficial but not essential.

Experience in Oil & Gas or Industrial Services industry would be preferred. It is essential the candidate will be computer literate with a high degree of competence in word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint and CRM systems and have strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Regular UK travel to other CGG office locations and client sites is needed for this position.
