Reporting to the Manager, Operations of CF Montreal Training Centre, the Maintenance staff at Centre Nutrilait must ensure the cleanliness of the building and its surroundings. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sweep and wash the floors and stairs daily;  
• Do the dusting and sweeping in the offices; 
• Wash the windows, doors and glass railings;  
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms; toilets, sinks, etc.;  
• Clean and disinfect team locker rooms; wash toilets, showers and their accessories; 
• Clean cafeterias; wash counters, tables, chairs, appliances and floors; 
• Empty the garbage and recycle bins, replace bags, dispose of waste at appropriate locations; 
• Assist the Park Attendant as needed; 
• Perform other related duties.

• Must have at least 1 years of experience in building maintenance of other relevant field; 
• Basic knowledge of French and English is required;  
• Ability to take initiative and easy to work autonomously;  
• Ability to work in a team; 
• Reliability, availability and dedication to work;  
• Courtesy and discretion;  
• Good physical condition.
