Job Description
CFC Hospitality recruitment is looking for a head chef for very well known 4*Hotel in Keswick/ Cumbria.
Head Chef, you will be responsible for all kitchen activities and prepare 1 rosette standard delicious food, lead the team and creating memorable experiences for guests.
You will also ensure quality, kitchen maintenance, Health & Safety compliance and inventory functions kept to high standards and make sure the kitchen running smoothly.
Head Chef will need an extensive operational management experience but also have a sound understanding of the admin side and meet GP so experience in these areas is essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Fresh food background
- To develop each team member and get the best out of the team.
- Experience with costings and achieving GP
- Event catering experience is desirable, but it is essential to have hospitality experience as well as experience with Banqueting in high volumes
