Pastry Sous Chef duties:-

  • Working closely with the Head Chef with the day to day running of the Kitchen
  • Training, developing and motivating your team
  • Stock control, rotation and ordering
  • Ensuring high standards of food preparation and service are delivered consistently
  • Adhering to all hygiene, safety and due diligence policies at all times

Pastry Sous Chef requirements:-

  • A stable background as a Pastry Sous Chef within a high volume and quality Hotel or Restaurant environment, whilst working with fresh food
  • Be a passionate food lover
  • Be a hands on Manager who is able to keep the team motivated during the whole of the shift
