An exciting opportunity for Duty manager Stunning property in Woking.

You’ll be delivering attentive customer-focused service and enjoy working as part of a successful team. The ideal manager will have a strong background in Food and Beverage, preferably with Supervisor/Management experience as food and drink service is a major part of this role. The ability to multi-task is essential for this role.

DUTY MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Develop and implement a great work culture while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude at all times
  • Take ownership and action of any problems that may arise during your shift
  • Liaise with all other departments to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction at all times
  • Deal with guest complaints in an effective and courteous manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
  • Keep all public areas, front and back-office areas clean and tidy at all times
  • Report maintenance and housekeeping requirements
  • Support other departments when needed
