  • Advocate for effective cross-project and SDS decision-making in the audio domain by bringing relevant context, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs into key discussions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager supporting music, sound design, or other audio production within the games, film, media, or entertainment industries.
  • Hands-on experience planning, managing, and tracking projects or initiatives within structured development pipelines, including scope, scheduling, resources, priorities, dependencies, and risks.
  • Experience working in a multi-project environment, managing competing priorities, shared resources, and dependencies across teams or initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating external partners, outsourcing, or co-development teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-cultural, and time-zone-distributed teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to blockers, changing priorities, and unforeseen issues.
