Daily responsibilities

• Designing full, cohesive story beats;
• Creating design documents;
• Implementing quests in engine;
• Building proficiency in operating within the game editor;
• Active collaboration with other disciplines (gameplay designers, cinematic designers, QA);
• Continuously ensuring high quality of content.

Please apply only if you meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are a fresh high school graduate or a university student. 
• You are going to reside in Poland throughout the whole internship.
• You are available from the beginning of July until the end of September (40h/week).
• You have a good command of English.

For this role, you should also have:

• Passion for storytelling;
• Creativity, ability to apply unconventional approaches;
• Interest in non-linear methods of storytelling;
• Eagerness to collaborate and thrive as part of a creative team;
• Ability to work in short iteration cycles;
• Openness to feedback.

Nice to have

• Extensive knowledge of CDPR games;
• Any experience working in the industry;
• Experience with game development editors (extra nice - experience with REDkit, specifically)
• Experience in pitching design concepts (not necessarily game);
• Passion for other creative fields.

Work mode: office-first — at least 3 days per week from Warsaw office.

The internship is fully paid under a contract of mandate, running from July to the end of September, with a gross hourly rate of 31.40 PLN. Please note that full availability for the entire duration of the internship is required.
