Daily responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of playtests and other user research studies under mentor supervision
- Interview playtest participants and assist in collecting qualitative feedback
- Shadow experienced researchers and moderators to learn best practices
- Moderate playtest sessions, ensuring a smooth and structured experience for participants
- Contribute to analysis and synthesis of research findings, demonstrating strong analytical thinking
Qualifications
Please apply only if you meet all of the following criteria:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are a fresh high school graduate or a university student.
- You are going to reside in Poland throughout the whole internship.
- You are available from the beginning of July until the end of September (40h/week).
- You have a good command of English.
For this role, you should also have:
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong interest in technology and the gaming industry
- Basic understanding of game development (e.g. as a hobby or personal interest)
- Foundational knowledge or interest in UX / user research
- English proficiency at C1/C2 level
Nice to have
- Familiarity with OBS or other recording/streaming tools
- Educational background in sociology, psychology, or related field
- Deeper understanding of game development processes
Additional Information
Working mode
Work mode: office-first — at least 4 days per week from Warsaw office.
The internship is fully paid under a contract of mandate, running from July to the end of September, with a gross hourly rate of 31.40 PLN. Please note that full availability for the entire duration of the internship is required.
