Job Description

As a Product Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development and improvement of data-informed decision-making across our products. You will work closely with senior analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure we have high-quality, actionable insights on systems supporting our games development.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to deepen their experience in analytics within the gaming industry and grow within a supportive, cross-disciplinary team, towards a more responsible role closer to game data analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, and product teams to define and refine telemetry needs for new and existing systems.
  • Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports that provide clear, relevant KPIs and product usage metrics.
  • Support the design and validation of telemetry implementations to ensure accuracy and consistency in data collection.
  • Conduct exploratory and targeted analyses to answer product-related business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in preparing reports and data presentations for various stakeholders across development, design, and production teams.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to validate hypothesis and assess outcomes against business metrics
  • Take an active role to enhance data-informed recommendations
  • Monitor key metrics, identify business trends

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working in a Product or Data analyst role;
  • Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to execute optimized queries using multiple data sources;
  • Practical experience (2+ years) with BI tools such as Looker/Tableau/Power BI, etc;
  • Strong understanding of statistics and A/B testing concepts, including confidence intervals and hypothesis testing;
  • Ability to work with a large amount of data, create reports, and recognise patterns;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through effective prioritisation.
  • Self-motivation, proactively going beyond the call of duty;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong interest in video games.
