Job Description

As a IT Compliance Expert you will be responsible for creating, updating and maintaining Information Security Policy and helping in optimization of current operational processes and policies. You will also be in charge of defining security requirements and controls.

Daily responsibilities 

  • Conduct threat and risk analysis and provide essential suggestions. 

  • Collect and analyze data and assist in eliminating risk issues.

  • Assist in designing and developing security features for system architectures.

  • Assist in research and development projects. 

  • Provide compliance support in areas of the cross-discipline team. 

  • Participate in the various phases of the system development life cycles to perform risk analysis.

  • Advise and resolve security issues and incidents.

  • Perform audit of compliance with internal or client contractual requirements.

  • Write cybersecurity-oriented procedures, instruction, guidelines for the relevant stakeholders.

  • Facilitate periodic risk management meetings and provide reports to the senior management.

  • Conduct risk assessments and business impact analysis on new systems and technologies. 

  • Design security training materials and organize training sessions for the other departments. 

  • Maintain a cordial relationship with the key partners (internal and external).


  • 5+ years of experience in IT Compliance area

  • Bachelor’s degree. Any certificates will be an advantage.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with risk theory and internal controls.

  • Experienced in conducting operational risk assessments and/or operational audits.

  • Excellent english (oral and written) communication.

  • Willingness to work on-call in the event of a security breach or other emergency
