Job Description

Front-line Customer Service and Technical Systems Support of clients for CDK's Dealer Services division. This position provides computer hardware, systems, client and DMV support for automobile dealerships across the U.S. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of our AVRS system troubleshooting (performance, software, hardware, peripherals, printers, modems, scanners, etc.), knowledge of DMV Processing, professional communication skills, and experience providing technical/client support over the phone.  


Candidate Profile:


• Computer Systems Technical Support experience (Server and PC platform environment) preferred 

• Call Center and Client Relations experience 

• DMV Processing or AVRS Systems Support

• Strong client relation and customer service skills

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Great interpersonal and customer service skills

Responsibilities:


Resolve Client technical and processing inquiries via calls, web chats and e-help cases in a timely manner

Thoroughly and accurately document each Client inquiry and resolution utilizing the tools provided

Attend training courses as required and stay current with industry developments Establish a course of action to guide the Client to resolution of inquiry, understanding process and escalation methods

Share learned knowledge internally with in associate groups and externally with our client base.

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

• Prefer telephone tech support experience

• Call Center experience highly preferred. 

• Strong communication & customer service skills required.

• Attention to detail with great organizational skills

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

• Ability to apply learned knowledge into troubleshooting

• Ability to plan own work or small projects such as prioritizing workload, adhering to assigned schedules, etc

• Ability to work as a team member

Candidate must be able to pass the California DMV Business Partner Automation (BPA) Program User Approval background check and a drug screening in order to be employed.
