Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized financial planning and investment management services to our clients. The Financial Advisor will work closely with our clients to understand their financial goals and develop customized strategies to achieve them.

Duties:

- Provide financial planning and investment management services to clients, including portfolio analysis, asset allocation, and retirement planning.
- Develop and implement investment strategies based on clients' risk tolerance, investment objectives, and financial situation.
- Conduct financial analysis, including tax planning, estate planning, and wills and trusts.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including account statements, financial statements, and tax returns.
- Identify and recommend financial products and services to clients, including securities, mutual funds, insurance products, and other investment vehicles.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing financial well-being and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to maintain expertise in financial services.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • Client Portfolio: Must manage a minimum book of business of $30-40 million.
    • Professional Standing: Should not have been recently terminated from another advisor role and must be free from any non-compete or non-solicit agreements.
    • Geographic Location: Located in North America.
    • Professional Status: May be an independent advisor looking for a stronger support structure or a better growth platform.
    • Succession Planning: May be seeking a team or firm that offers an exit strategy or succession plan.
    • Growth-Oriented: Could be part of a small group of advisors looking for enhanced marketing and operational support to drive more rapid growth.
