We are currently recruiting for an Maintenance Generalist. 

The General Maintenance is responsible for keeping machinery running to maintain continuous production. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to policies and procedures. 

This position requires that you be able to set up, adjust, and break down production line machinery. 

This position also requires trouble shooting of various mechanical issues in an industrial setting. 

This position also requires the use of our SAP software to make work orders and fill out daily documentation that is required in the system. 

Physical Requirements: Candidates must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. 

• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis. 

• The General Maintenance will work on their feet for a period of 12 hours. 

• The General Maintenance will work in warm temperatures ranging from 65-90 degrees. 

• The General Maintenance will work in wet/ and or humid conditions, slippery floors in some areas, and concrete floors. 

• The General Maintenance may be exposed to airborne particles (primarily flour dust), and a noise level loud enough to require hearing protection. 

• The General Maintenance will complete all required training, both hands on and computer based, as required for the job. 

Minimum 1 year mechanic work experience or graduate of an industrial maintenance training program is required. It can be a combination of employers. This must be documented in the application or resume.

Salary: $22.20 - $31.70 per hour.

This position works 12 hour shifts, 6:00am - 6:00pm or 6:00pm - 6:00am on a rotating schedule.
