We are currently recruiting for a Manager of Production Planning & Control. 

The Manager of Production Planning and Control focuses on managing production to optimize the use of resources and meet production schedules and standards.

Responsibilities

• Planning and controlling production schedules and coordinating with material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials
• Estimating and scheduling the human resources, tools, and equipment needed for the production process
• Researching, evaluating, and recommending changes to production processes, systems, technology, or equipment to enhance the organization's production capabilities

• Manages experienced professionals who exercise independent discretion and/or manages a functional area or process that may or may not have direct reports.

• Implements policy and strategy for short-term results and influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices, and procedures

• Decision-making is guided by strategic objectives of specialization

• Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices, and procedures

• Must be able to communicate with executive leadership

• Supports relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree; 6 + years of relevant experience including 3-5 years management or direct/indirect leadership experience Or Master's degree; 4+ years of relevant experience including 2-4 years management or direct/indirect leadership experience
• Production Planning or Logistics experience

Salary: $95,000 – $110,000 + Bonus + Relocation
