We are looking for…
A Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and attract and engage high-quality talent. The role will build talent pipelines, strengthen employer branding, provide market and recruitment insights, ensure compliant and inclusive hiring practices, improve stakeholder experiences, and mentor junior recruiters.
What will you do…
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and recruitment priorities.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using diverse recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and recommend suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate selection processes.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement through onboarding.
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, salary trends, and competitor activity.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and hiring performance.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
- Enhance candidate and hiring manager experience through continuous process improvement.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives in hiring practices.
- Mentor junior recruiters and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
Qualifications
What you bring…
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, PHR/SPHR) is an added advantage.
