Job Description

Job Summary 

The Axxess Training and Certification Global ANCC Planner performs support related to, but not limited to, educational, regulatory, and administrative tasks related to ANCC requirements.   He/ She must be detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.    He/She ensures continuous quality improvement by ensuring that the ANCC process for continuing education and documentation is accurate and complete. They will collaborate with subject matter experts (SME’s) to plan learning objectives and learning strategies.  The ideal applicant will be a registered nurse (RN) with excellent communication skills, written and verbal as well as advanced project management skills. Experience with supervising direct reports is a plus. A degree in nursing is required.

  •  Focus on documentation for ANCC provider requirements.
  • Continue to build content aligned to CEU standards.
  • Strengthen the overall value of Training & Certification.
  • Align with our strategic plan for layered leadership within the global team.
  • Ensure we can continue to produce rapid, compliant ANCC courses that meet all documentation requirements.

Qualifications

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
  • Experience with teaching
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies; supported by solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Understand the foundations of adult learning and the use of learning design models such as ADDIE.
  • Ability to work well with a variety of people with varying technical skill sets
  • Ability to leverage experience to deliver reliable and repeatable tests
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
