    Job Description

    The Axxess Training and Certification Content Coordinator (Level 1-3) will develop, design, and manage educational content on the Training and Certification Platform powered by Moodle US. This role is responsible for creating engaging, high-quality instructional materials for healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards. The coordinator will collaborate with SMEs, product, engineering, and client experience teams to ensure an exceptional user experience and continuous improvement. Depending on the level, coordinators will have increasing responsibilities, including supervising team members and project management.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Contribute to Axxess Certification Mission and Vision through a collaborative team approach.
    • Design, build, update, and maintain course content using authoring tools, storyboards, multimedia elements (images, videos, audio), and interactive modules.
    • Develop assessments, quizzes, and evaluations to measure learner comprehension and engagement.
    • Collaborate with SMEs to identify training needs and align content with regulatory standards (ANCC, etc.).
    • Ensure content is user-friendly, compliant with regulations, and accessible via web and mobile platforms.
    • Utilize the Moodle platform to configure, maintain, and update courses and modules.
    • Provide client support through investigating and resolving content and assessment issues.
    • Lead quality improvement initiatives and manage project timelines for content creation.
    • Supervise and guide content teams (for higher levels) in storyboard development and course production.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, and manage documentation and audits as needed.
    • Remain current on industry regulatory updates and assist with maintaining compliance documentation.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Nursing, or related field (required).
    • Experience with Learning Management Systems (Moodle preferred) and content authoring tools (Articulate Suite, AI tools, Microsoft Office).
    • Knowledge of healthcare industry vocabulary and standards.
    • Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience in instructional design, digital learning, and course development (increasing responsibility at higher levels).
    • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g., ANCC).
    • Supervisory experience and project management experience required for higher levels.
