Job Description

The Axxess Training and Certification Coordinator performs a wide variety of technical, product, regulatory, content, and administrative duties utilizing the Training and Certification Platform powered by Moodle US. He/ She will test functionality of the Moodle platform and ensure a quality user experience through implementing, monitoring, and analyzing product and content deliverables. Ensures continuous quality improvement through rapid cycle change methodology and assists with compliance in all industry, solution, and regulatory standards. Collaborates with engineering, content, product, and client experience teams.

Requirements:

  • Contribute to cutting-edge web and mobile applications functionality and design though quality testing and improvement.
  • Thoroughly vet new functionality and course edits for existing web and mobile applications.
  • Participate in the ongoing client support through investigation and solving of support tickets and maintenance on Axxess online training manuals.
  • Develop, build, and design course content using various software applications under the direction of leadership.
  • Develop quality improvement plans and drive initiatives under the direction of the product leadership.
  • Contribute to Axxess Certification Mission and Vision through a collaborative team approach.
  • Collaborate with the team members to review and resolve software and production issues as they occur.
  • At the direction of leadership build, revise, edit, and develop exam questions and course material based on quality improvement and testing analysis.
  • Research and maintain deep understanding of web base application.
  • Ensure and maintain Axxess deep understanding of all solutions functionality.
  • Remain current on industry regulatory updates concerning ANCC requirements and assist with documentation needed to remain compliant as a provider.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related industry (Clinical degree in Nursing or Therapy preferred but not required)
  • Degree or experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus
  • Industry knowledge in at least one of the following: Home Health, Hospice or Home Care.
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies; supported by solid problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work well with a variety of people with varying technical skill sets.
  • Ability to leverage experience to deliver reliable and repeatable tests.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening).
