Job Description

  • Develop and execute the corporate citizenship strategy, aligning it with our company's values and long-term vision.
  • Identify and prioritize social and environmental initiatives that resonate with our employees and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate corporate citizenship goals into our business operations.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with nonprofit organizations, NGOs, and community groups to amplify our impact.
  • Plan and oversee community engagement programs, volunteer activities, and donation drives.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of corporate citizenship initiatives, preparing reports and insights for management.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends in corporate social responsibility and sustainability.
  • Advocate for responsible and ethical practices in line with global standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven minimum experience of 7+ years in corporate citizenship, corporate social responsibility, or related fields with
  • Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks and social impact measurement.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate diverse initiatives.
  • Passionate about creating a positive impact and driving positive change in society.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong partnerships.
  • Proactive and creative approach to problem-solving, seeking innovative solutions for social challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate employees in corporate citizenship initiatives.
  • Knowledge of global social and environmental issues and their relevance to the health care Information technology industry.
