Job Description
We are looking to hire experienced Product Analysts that will partner with the product and user experience teams to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands.
Requirements:
- Assist product managers in conducting market research and generating product requirements that maximize the value of the product.
- Liaison between the client services team and product team.
- Partner with your respective Product Management team to develop market and competitive intelligence (e.g. market sizing, analysis of competitor financials).
- Execute the product vision, and roadmap through the scrum process.
- Recommend improvements to products by studying and mastering current workflows.
- Assist in product education by writing and maintaining feature documentation; providing advance support; training users.
- Drive product delivery through the engineering team.
- Communicate product updates for your product areas with internal teams.
- Act as liaison between product management, engineering and client services team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 4+ years’ experience in technology or product development.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional people and collaboration skills to support working in a fast-paced and multi-faceted business environment.
- Ability to manage workload in a demanding environment to meet deadlines.
- Interpersonal and communications skills, including the ability to present and explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
