Job Description

We are seeking a Revenue Services Manager that will be responsible for ensuring the performance and quality of the Axxess Revenue Services Team. This includes performing audits, providing performance reporting, ensuring proper onboarding of new clients, assisting in staff development and training, performing industry research, representing the team during collaborative meetings. As a Revenue Services Manager the candidate should have advanced experience in client engagement as well as managing larger teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality reviews to ensure adhesion to policies and procedures
  • Collect performance data and interpret findings
  • Assist in management of support ticket responses
  • Provide guidance and support for claim and account management
  • Ensure timely onboarding and offboarding of clients and staff
  • Management of time and attendance for local teams
  • Assist with hiring, training and development of the team
  • Create and maintain reports to support team metrics
  • Communication with payer representatives as needed
  • Performance analysis and reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management or related discipline desired
  • 4+ years billing experience in the healthcare industry (post-acute experience preferred but not required)
  • Working knowledge of clearinghouse systems and processes
  • Extensive knowledge of billing processes and payer requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in employee training, development, and management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects
  • Demonstrated ability to perform operational analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
