We are looking out to hire a reliable and well-experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to help achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team while designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and market value.
Job Description
- Coordinating and leading of all sales and marketing strategies and development.
- Understand the business need of the organization, consumer needs, and identify current trends in the industry.
- Research and develop marketing plans and suggest techniques that will actualize the goals of the organization.
- Implement new sales plans, sales strategies, marketing, and advertising strategies.
- Facilitate regular meetings with key clients, stakeholders, or partners within the business and externally to understand their needs.
- Compile data and draft reports on current trends in the market.
- Manage the marketing and sales team by organizing training, symposium and coaching them to meet team’s goals and objectives.
- Implementing social media strategies.
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Ensure the organization stay current in the business trends by attending conferences and workshops.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in marketing, business administration or any related fields and a master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a must.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing and sales in tourism or hospitality.
- Understanding the knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Should have people management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communicator, with interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to coach and drive the sales team to achieve and exceed expectations.
- Strong data, organizational, analytical, and creative skills.
- Must reside in Ekiti or be open to relocate
