Job Description

This position is responsible for the formulation and definition of systems scope and objectives through interactions with multiple groups: Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT. Capture requirements and processes related to applicable business systems and industry requirements. This role assists with designing and developing new Hybrid MNO systems by configuring new hardware or software, or uses existing systems in new ways to accomplish additional or different outcomes.

  • Develop and document requirements and processes related to B/OSS, Network, Supply Chain, IT, and Product in support of a timely Hybrid MNO launch
  • Assess available technologies to create development specifications
  • Assist with identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements
  • Consult with management and users to determine the needs of the system
  • Assist in designing a system to meet the business goals
  • Specify inputs and formatting outputs to meet users’ needs
  • Support implementation, coordinating tests and observing initiation of the system to validate performance
  • Look for opportunities to improve internal processes, and implement measures to control risks within the business applications framework
  • Perform both programming and analysis tasks on business systems
  • Perform other responsibilities as requested


  • Prior experience in B/OSS
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
