Job Description

CASES has an opening for an HR Manager who is a well-rounded generalist with expertise in HR technology, process improvement and benefits. This is an exciting opportunity to help transform HR from transactional to strategic.

What You Will Do?

  • You understand HR systems and how to use technology to make processes more efficient and accurate.  You are excited to drive digital transformation to automate transactions and personalize experiences.
  • You will use data to inform decision making and work smarter.  You will create reports and analytics to help our managers interpret data and find patterns to be proactive in our people practices.
  • You will manage all things benefits - from plan administration and communications to improving offerings and plan design, you own the process.
  • You have ideas about wellness and the desire to implement the right supports to help our employees be their best selves at work and at home.
  • You establish relationships with managers and act as a strategic partner who anticipates needs and changes. You can handle employee relations issues when they happen but prefer a proactive approach that aims to address issues before they become problems.
  • You will analyze job duties, write job descriptions and perform job evaluations and job analyses.
  • You will champion strength-based performance and development for employees at all levels and support managers in implementation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, HR Technology and Benefits, required.  Experience working on engagement and retention efforts is a plus.
  • Prior experience working with HR technology including applicant tracking systems, human capital management systems and Office365 required.
  • Prior experience in a non-profit or healthcare setting is helpful.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • Attention to detail and analytical problem solving abilities are important.
