Job Description

Reports To: Director, Human Resources

Overview: CASES, a non-profit organization that aims to increase public safety through innovative services that reduce crime and incarceration, improve behavioral health, promote recovery and rehabilitation, and create opportunities for success in the community. 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented person to join our HR Team!   The Talent Acquisition & Data Specialist will be responsible for finding, acquiring, assessing, and hiring candidates to fill roles that are required to meet company goals and fill project requirements. The position is a great opportunity to manage the full-cycle recruiting.

The Talent Acquisition & Data Specialist is a full-time position Responsible for the new hire processes and administrative support to compile HR Data analytics/Metrics in addition to providing general administrative support to the Human Resources Department.

Full-Cycle Recruitment
•    Provide administrative support to high volume corporate HR team on the end-to-end recruiting process Coordinate all internal and external job postings. Assist with the recruiting report preparation. Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, determining selection criteria. Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
•    Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance
•    Schedule candidates for interviews; check references, disposition letters and acknowledgement letters as appropriate
•    Respond to all internal or external recruiting related inquiries such as referral bonus policy, application inquiries, recruiting process, etc
•    Verifies Background & credentialing documentation and maintains/updates and back stops E Verify Processing 
•    Responsible for record keeping of all recruiting related documents such as applications, background check authorization forms, etc
•    Conduct applicant tracking system audit and make appropriate corrections in HRIS or applicant tracking system as appropriate Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office
•    Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
•    Coordinates and maintains organizational job descriptions
•    Responsible for statutory reporting to regulatory agencies, EEO-1, BLS reporting etc.
•    Works with Director, HR to monitor and report on Human Capital Metrics, feedback surveys, turnover and other related people data.
•    Creating Reports as needed
•    Assist HR Director with various research projects and/or special projects 

•    Photocopying and faxing

Qualifications

•    Prior HR experienced is a must 
•    Masters in Human Resources Preferred, and/or Bachelor’s Degree equivalent experience with at least 2 years in a HR department

•    Must be highly proficient with automated applicant tracking systems
•    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Must be quality-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines, handle multiple projects and prioritize them appropriately
•    Must be a detail- and customer-oriented team player with excellent organizational and follow-up skills
•    Reporting Skills, Maintaining Employees Files, Dependability, Organization, Detail-Oriented, Scheduling, Confidentiality
•    Highly organized and excellent communication skills.
