Job Description

CAC is looking for remote engineering recruiters who MUST have a technical background in the following areas, Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical,Automation or similar.  We primarily serve the production, manufacturing, pharma, biotech, material handling markets.  The recruiter will posses the ability to speak with various technical applicants and match their qualifications to our clients job requisitions.  The recruiter must be able to summarize an introductory paragraph that conveys to our client why they believe this applicant is a great fit.   

This position allows true entrepreneurial freedom and requires that mind set. Unlimited earning potential as these are commission only positions!

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain good customer account relations by addressing all customer needs and requirements.  
  • Generate, source and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline to meet monthly recruiting goals
  • Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to understand business needs and role requirements
  • Screen and qualify candidates, and be their point-of-contact through the recruitment process
  • Innovate our recruiting strategy, including constant improvements on position profiling, employer brand, and candidate experience

Qualifications:

  • MUST have a technical aptitude
  • MUST have Engineering recruitment expereince
  • MUST have technical writing know how
  • MUST have a proven track record for hiring similar candidates
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ year of experience full-cycle recruiting
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a hyper-growth,dynamic, and constantly changing environment
  • Prior experience developing a world-class interviewing process
  • Must be able to take good notes and prioritize activities.
  • Must be a self starter and able to manage ones own time well in meeting deadlines and quotes.
  • Must adhere to general company policies.
  • Proactive and collaborative
  • Must have a sense of humor and love people
  • Must have your own computer and be able to receive forwarded calls from our automated operator.  
  • Must have a home office or quiet space to do work.  

Preferred: 

  • Prior On boarding experience
  • Familiar with Indeed, LinkedIn, Dropbox, Smartrecruiter, Fieldglass
  • Must be able to source candidates from job boards such as Careerbuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, Craigslist etc. 
  • Must be able to do various office duties such as, invoice management, screening, background checks and other duties necessary to process candidates or improve office production.  
  • Will consider contract recruiters that can get bring quality candidates.  


This position is commission only.
