Up market Gastro pub/wine bar group looking to recruit a head chef.

A site in Greenwich, are looking to recruit a head chef. This is in a residential area so follows more of a gastro pub style of menu/service. Has a core a la carte, weekend brunch and Sunday lunch offer with set menu’s and specials. Also has a large function room which has a number of wedding receptions booked in for the next few months.
Excitingly the bar will be undergoing a major refurb this year and looking to get a solid head chef on board now that can lead up a team that will have a brand new kitchen and double its dining capacity is key to filling this role.

The menu has a selection of core items and dishes of your design

Salary £32-34k basic plus £4K Tronc and bonus of 15% (£43K package)
