Job Description
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful delivery of our projects. The ideal candidate has a proven record of accomplishment of leading cross-functional teams, possesses exceptional organizational and communication skills. Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project. Must have a strong IT background with a passion for solving hard problems, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end project lifecycle, from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical requirements, and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, project management, quality assurance to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring effective allocation and utilization.
- Identify potential risks and issues, proactively implement mitigation strategies, and communication and collaboration within the team, resolving conflicts and driving consensus when necessary.
- Champion agile methodologies and best practices to streamline development processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement by assessing processes and recommending enhancements to optimize project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field, OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 7 years Information Technology experience, OR 9 years Information Technology experience Proven experience.
- 7+ yrs., as an IT lead or Software Engineer, and a minimum of 7yrs. leading software development projects from conception to launch.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and project management tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset.
