Bynder is looking for a seasoned, results driven VP of Sales for our US operations to sit in our San Mateo or Boston office. Bynder’s VP of Sales will be responsible for driving growth, recruiting, training and execution. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, the VP of Sales will run a thirty plus person sales organization of Directors, Managers, Account Executives and a Business Development team. Candidates with knowledge of the MarTech Industry will be of particular interest.
Build and lead a world-class sales organization assuming responsibility for yearly, quarterly and monthly sales projections and revenue goals within the sales organization
Develop and implement successful business strategies, facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration and develop key business metrics to assess performance
Lead a proactive, collaborative and strategic process that ensures mutual performance objectives, milestones, optimizations, risk assessment and defined successes
Employ outstanding leadership and team building skills, while coaching and mentoring others on best practices for prospecting, qualifying, navigating and selling/closing business
Drive sales to exceed business objectives, sales growth and profitability targets in North America
Serve as a mentor for other mid-level managers across varying departments

- A minimum of 10 years of Sales Management experience in software / high tech industry.
You have deep knowledge of selling to Mid-Market and Enterprise buyers
Have a strong network of potential recruits
Has experience managing a sales organization in a high growth startup environment
Has experience in a SaaS based environment closing large deals and serving as a mentor for others
Has experience forecasting and deciding growth strategy in communication with C-suite executives
Proven leadership skills in building an early stage, high growth, commercial organization and supporting processes (funnel management, forecast reviews, and daily operating cadence)
Ability to work full-time out of the San Mateo or Boston Office
Ability to travel up to 50%
Has experience working cross-culturally with satellite offices in the Netherlands, Spain and UK
