Join our dynamic team as the Garden Centre Store Manager and be at the forefront of leading and shaping a thriving retail environment! As a key player overseeing our West Kelowna (year-round) and KLO (seasonal) locations, you will not just manage, but inspire and drive success.

As the Store Manager, you'll have the exciting opportunity to:

• Lead with Impact: Be the driving force behind the success of our Garden Centre by overseeing all aspects of store operations and ensuring business results are not just met but exceeded.

• Strategic Vision: Drive strategic product sell-through, creatively merchandise, and implement effective pricing strategies. You'll have a hand in shaping the annual budget, monitoring KPIs, and implementing solutions to meet financial goals.

• Customer-Centric Approach: Craft an environment where customers not only shop but have an outstanding experience. Your role involves ensuring a seamless checkout process, promptly addressing customer requests and issues, and maintaining a clean and inspiring atmosphere.

• Innovate and Professionalize: Contribute to the growth and development of Bylands Garden Centre as a desirable workplace and a Canadian leader in garden products. Professionalize the organization by documenting processes and systems for seamless execution in multiple locations.

• Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure all facilities are not only well-maintained but also safe for both employees and customers. Your commitment to cleanliness and safety contributes to an inviting and enjoyable shopping environment.

• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the Management team to develop and implement effective marketing and advertisement strategies, creating a buzz around Bylands Garden Centre.

Experience / Education:

• Degree or diploma in Business/Retail Management or Marketing from a recognized institution or equivalent experience
• 5 years’ experience in retail management
